  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Eggs:
    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk or cream (if using) and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • Crumble the blue cheese and chop the herbs. Thinly slice the spring onions and set aside.
