Dried Cranberry & Oat Protein Balls

Are you ready to tantalize your taste buds and energize your snack game? Say hello to a delightful creation that’s about to become your new favorite go-to treat – dried cranberry and oat protein balls! Bursting with the sweet-tart flavor of dried cranberries, the wholesome goodness of oats, and the nutty richness of peanut butter, these little balls of bliss are guaranteed to satisfy your cravings and keep you fueled up for whatever life throws your way. So, grab your mixing bowl and let’s dive into the delicious world of homemade protein ball perfection!

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats work like a charm!)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (because life is too short for boring snacks!)
  • 1/4 cup honey (for that natural sweetness that dreams are made of)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (the heart and soul of every good protein ball)
  • Optional: Chocolate Chips (if you want to indulge)

Serving Size: Makes about 12-15 scrumptious dried cranberry and oat protein balls to share (or not – we won’t judge!)

Cook Time Duration: Just 15 minutes from mixing bowl to mouthwatering masterpiece!

Let’s Get Rolling:

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Channel your inner snack master and gather all your ingredients like a seasoned pro. Rolled oats? Check. Dried cranberries? Double check. Honey? Triple check. You’re ready to rock and roll!
  2. Mix It Up: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried cranberries, honey, and peanut butter (an chocolate chips if you so choose!). Stir everything together until it’s well combined and you’re left with a sticky, dough-like mixture that’s just begging to be rolled into balls of bliss.
  3. Roll, Baby, Roll: Now comes the fun part – rolling your mixture into adorable little protein balls! Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them between the palms of your hands until you’ve formed perfectly round balls of deliciousness. It’s like sculpting edible art – except way tastier!
  4. Chill Out: Once you’ve rolled all your protein balls, pop them in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to firm up. This will help them hold their shape and prevent them from turning into deliciously sticky blobs before you get a chance to enjoy them.
  5. Indulge and Enjoy: After a brief stint in the fridge, your dried cranberry and oat protein balls are ready to be devoured! Grab one (or two, or three – we won’t judge!) and savor every blissful bite of cranberry, oat, and peanut buttery goodness. It’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth, and you’re the master of ceremonies!
  6. Store for Later: If you have any protein balls left (hey, it happens to the best of us!), store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. That way, you’ll have a stash of delicious snacks ready and waiting whenever hunger strikes – because life’s too short for bland, boring snacks!

In Conclusion: Sweet, Tart, and Oh-So-Satisfying!

And there you have it, folks – the recipe for irresistible dried cranberry and oat protein balls that’ll have your taste buds dancing with joy! With just a handful of wholesome ingredients and a few simple steps, you can whip up a batch of these delightful treats in no time flat.

So, whether you need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, a pre-workout energy boost, or just a little something sweet to satisfy your cravings, these dried cranberry and oat protein balls have got you covered. Indulge guilt-free, share with loved ones, and revel in the sweet satisfaction of homemade goodness. Happy rolling, my friends! 🍇✨🥜

I have reviewed several of your recipes and they look very nice; however, none of them contain the nutritional information which is very important to me and my family. With cardiac issues, we cannot afford to use recipes that contain more sodium than 500mg per serving. I’m certain my family his not the only one out there with the same problem.
