Instructions

  1. Toast the Walnuts:

  2. Prepare the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and emulsified.

    • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced persimmons, pomegranate seeds, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion (if using). Toss gently to combine.
  4. Add Walnuts and Dressing:
