Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Core and chop the green apple, wash the spinach leaves, peel and slice the banana, peel and chop the kiwis, and peel and dice the avocado.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the chopped green apple, fresh spinach leaves, sliced banana, chopped kiwis, diced avocado, and coconut water or water. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime for added freshness, if desired.
  3. Optional: Add Ice Cubes: If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
